Terms of Service
1. Who We Are
AstroNatalChart provides astrology software, charts, interpretations, digital reports, subscriptions, browser extensions, and related tools through astronatalchart.com and connected products. The service is operated by ShoGroupSpace OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia under registry code 17569916, with its registered office at Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond 10115, Estonia. 2. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using AstroNatalChart, creating an account, installing one of our extensions, or buying a paid product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. Our Services
AstroNatalChart calculates and displays astrology content such as natal charts, synastry charts, transit reports, lunar calendars, daily transit notes, compatibility content, and related educational or entertainment material. Some features may use automated or AI-assisted interpretation to generate readable explanations from astrology calculations.
4. Entertainment and Reflection Only
AstroNatalChart is an astrology and self-reflection product. Our content is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, tax, relationship, safety, emergency, or other professional advice. We do not provide psychic services, fortune telling guarantees, gambling, investment signals, medical diagnosis, or guaranteed predictions of future events. You are responsible for your own decisions and should not make important decisions based only on our content.
5. User Information and Accuracy
Astrology calculations depend on the birth date, birth time, birthplace, timezone, and coordinates that you provide or select. You are responsible for checking this information before generating or buying a report. Incorrect or approximate birth data can change the resulting chart and interpretation.
6. Accounts and Access
You may need an account, email sign-in, Telegram sign-in, browser extension storage, or another supported access method to use certain features. You are responsible for keeping access to your account and devices secure. We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe the service is being abused, used illegally, attacked, scraped, resold, or used in a way that harms other users or the platform.
7. Paid Products, One-Time Purchases, and Subscriptions
Paid products may include one-time digital reports, generated interpretations, premium access, and recurring subscriptions. Prices, billing period, renewal terms, and taxes, if any, are shown before checkout. Payments may be processed by Stripe, Telegram Stars, or another payment provider shown at checkout. We do not store full card numbers.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the period shown at checkout until canceled. You can cancel future renewal through the account, checkout portal, payment provider flow, or by contacting support where self-service cancellation is unavailable. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current paid period unless required by law or expressly approved by us.
8. Digital Content and Refunds
Most paid products are digital content delivered or generated immediately after purchase. When checkout asks you to agree to immediate delivery, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you may lose any statutory withdrawal right for that digital content to the extent permitted by applicable law. Our full Refund / Digital Content Policy explains when refunds are not available and when we may review a refund request, such as duplicate charges, non-delivery caused by our systems, or cases where applicable law requires a remedy.
9. Browser Extensions and Third-Party Stores
Our browser extensions may store settings, birth data, speed dial links, wallpapers, and other preferences locally in your browser or in browser sync storage when supported. Extension stores, browsers, Telegram, Stripe, analytics providers, hosting providers, and other third-party services may also apply their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how extension data is handled, and how you can contact us about your data. By using AstroNatalChart, you also agree that we may process data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
The website, software, designs, text, generated page layouts, brand assets, databases, and other materials are owned by AstroNatalChart or licensed to us. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service and your purchased report for your own personal use. You may not copy, resell, scrape, bulk-download, reverse engineer, or commercially redistribute our service or content unless we give written permission.
12. Acceptable Use
You must not use AstroNatalChart for illegal activity, harassment, deception, automated abuse, security testing without permission, spam, resale of generated content as our product, or any activity that violates payment provider, browser extension store, or platform rules. You must not present AstroNatalChart output as professional advice or a guaranteed prediction.
13. Availability and Changes
We try to keep the service available, accurate, and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free calculations, or that every feature will remain available forever. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, pricing, free limits, or content formats when needed for product, security, legal, or operational reasons.
14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, AstroNatalChart disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or decisions made based on astrology content.
15. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law. If a mandatory law gives you additional rights, those rights apply despite any conflicting wording in these Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country of residence. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence, and nothing in this section removes that right.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected users through the service, email, or another appropriate channel.
