1. Who We Are
AstroNatalChart ("we", "us", "our") provides astrology chart calculations, digital reports, subscriptions, browser extensions, Telegram-connected features, and related tools. The controller of the personal data described in this policy is ShoGroupSpace OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia under registry code 17569916, with its registered office at Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond 10115, Estonia. 2. Information We Collect
- Birth and chart data: birth date, birth time, birthplace, timezone, derived latitude/longitude, selected house system or chart settings, optional names, relationship/synastry inputs, transit or lunar preferences, and report inputs you submit.
- Account and contact data: email address, login identifiers, support messages, purchase history, and, if you use Telegram features, Telegram ID, username, display name, and related profile data provided by Telegram.
- Payment data: purchases and subscriptions are processed by Stripe, Telegram Stars, or another payment provider shown at checkout. We do not store full payment card numbers. We keep payment records such as product, amount, currency, status, date, subscription status, and payment provider reference IDs for access, support, fraud prevention, tax, and accounting purposes.
- Extension data: our browser extensions may store birth data, daily settings, speed dial links, custom wallpapers, selected wallpaper presets, theme choices, and preferences in your browser using local storage or browser sync storage. Some extension features may send the minimum needed chart or settings data to astronatalchart.com over HTTPS to calculate daily astrology, lunar, or transit content.
- Technical and security data: IP address, approximate location derived from IP, device/browser data, logs, error reports, rate-limit records, and similar data used to keep the service reliable and prevent abuse.
- Cookies and analytics: we use cookies or similar technologies for sign-in, guest sessions, checkout state, preferences, security, and analytics. Some pages may use Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager or similar tools to understand aggregate site usage.
3. How We Use Information
- To calculate charts, lunar data, transits, compatibility content, digital reports, and extension daily content.
- To provide accounts, saved access, customer support, purchase confirmations, subscription management, and product updates related to your account or purchases.
- To process payments, prevent fraud, manage subscriptions, comply with tax/accounting duties, and resolve billing issues.
- To secure the platform, prevent scraping and abuse, debug errors, improve reliability, and enforce our Terms of Service.
- To improve product quality, measure aggregate usage, test features, and understand which features are useful.
- Where a feature uses automated or AI-assisted interpretation, to generate the requested astrology text from the inputs you provide.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
For users in the European Economic Area or other regions with similar privacy laws, we process personal data when it is necessary to perform a contract with you, when you consent, when we have a legitimate interest such as security, fraud prevention, product improvement, and support, or when we must comply with legal obligations such as tax and accounting rules.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with providers needed to operate the service, such as hosting and infrastructure providers, payment processors including Stripe and Telegram where applicable, transactional email providers, analytics providers, customer support tools, fraud/security tools, and AI or automation processors used to generate requested report text. We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or during a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
6. Browser Extension Privacy
Extension data is designed to stay in your browser or browser sync storage unless a feature needs our server to calculate or refresh astrology content. Custom wallpaper files and personal speed dial choices are not sold and are not used for advertising. Removing the extension or clearing browser storage may delete locally stored extension data. Browser vendors may process synced extension data under their own browser account policies.
7. Data Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. Purchased reports, payment records, subscription records, and account access records may be kept while your account is active and as needed for support, legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute handling. Free or preview chart data may be deleted after a shorter retention period. Browser extension data stored locally remains under your browser control until you delete it or uninstall/reset the extension.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or export your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You can request help by contacting contact@astronatalchart.com. Deleting data may remove access to saved reports, account history, or personalized features. We may need to keep some records where required for legal, tax, security, or dispute reasons.
If you are in the European Economic Area and believe we have handled your personal data incorrectly, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Our lead authority is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee), and you may alternatively complain to the supervisory authority in your own country of residence.
9. International Transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than where you live. When required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections or provider commitments recognized under applicable privacy law.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including HTTPS for data in transit and access controls for operational systems. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use a secure email account, protect your devices, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
